I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Haute École Léonard de Vinci in Brussels, followed by a specialization in Nutritherapy through CERDEN®.
Food is medicine — a balanced diet not only prevents illness but also enhances physical and mental well-being by boosting mood and reducing stress.
My approach emphasizes the brain-gut connection, recognizing how nutrition impacts both body and mind. I aim to guide you with a personalized plan that supports energy, digestion, immunity, and mental clarity, helping you feel your best inside and out.
